Morgan is a dedicated and compassionate pediatric speech-language pathologist who loves helping others reach their full communication potential. She enjoys getting to know each child and creating fun, personalized therapy sessions that nurture both skill development and self-confidence. Morgan is passionate about helping children develop communication skills to enhance their ability to advocate for themselves and enrich their relationships with others. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Morgan has traded ocean waves for mountain views—and is loving every second of it! Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys hiking and is on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park.
Education/Career
Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She then received her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Morgan first gained clinical experience treating at an outpatient children’s hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. Then, Morgan gained clinical experience at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Richmond, VA where she provided intervention for veterans with a focus on organization, memory, and attention deficits to help facilitate independence in the community. Since graduating, Morgan has treated in the outpatient pediatric clinic setting. She has experience working with a wide range of children, including those with speech sound disorders, language delays, and autism spectrum disorder. With a warm and engaging approach, she creates fun, individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and personality. Her goal is not only to support speech and language development, but to empower children to discover the joy of communication.
